Aril Community Meet-Ups

Arils are the sweet, tart, ruby red juicy seeds of the pomegranate fruit. Aril meet-ups are times to gather and discuss the sweet, tart and juicy aspects of living life in a woman's body.

Aril Meet-Ups are on the third Thursday of the month at 7pm.

Lisa Marie Aqabal

Nurse Practitioner &

Certified Nurse Midwife

Lisa Marie Aqabal has been taking care of women and families for over 13 years, first as a doula, then as a nurse and currently as a nurse practitioner and midwife. She has experience in pediatrics, mental health, maternity care and women's health care including reproductive and sexual health. Her current focus is supporting women through life transitions from menarche to motherhood to menopause and everything in between. Her approach is holistic and focused on incorporating the best of traditional medicine, current research and the patient experience. Schedule a visit, come to an Aril Meet-up and experience the luxury care you deserve.
